Once upon a Time a Clock-watcher during Overtime Hours
The catalog of the namesake exhibition at the Fondazione Giuliani in Rome, in which Ogüt has selected some pieces from the Giuliani Collection and exhibited them alongside his recent artworks. The artist creates interventions around each piece drawing attention to the characteristics of the works themselves, but also questioning authorial originality and intentionality, and alluding to mechanisms of surveillance and control.
