BLUE BLUE BLUE LIMBO is a fragrance conceived by Industria Indipendente.
A performative and sensory device, it exists through contact, proximity, and transformation. Iridescent, and sharp, the scent behaves like a presence – a porous body among bodies, reshaped by the skin of its wearer, absorbing atmospheres, generating recognition and disorientation at once.
Produced in a limited edition of 250 copies, BLUE BLUE BLUE LIMBO translates the logic of the artist’s edition into a volatile medium: unstable, impossible to fully fix or preserve, it circulates through space and bodies – surfaces, gestures, air – continuously transformed by use and exposure.
BLUE BLUE BLUE LIMBO intersects Industria Indipendente’s long-standing exploration of bodies as porous, relational spaces. Suspended between materiality and hallucination, the fragrance unfolds in contrasts, moving between intimacy and fiction, memory and obsession. Blue ink, wet soil, tobacco ash, salt on skin, metal, amber, pine resin, sweat, seawater: molecules attaching themselves to memory before language can intervene.
