Liryc Dela Cruz
is a filmmaker and artist from South Cotabato, Philippines and Rome, Italy. His work explores migration, postcolonial memory, and the invisible architectures of care through film, installation, and performance. He is the founder of Pelircula and a member of Il Mio Filippino Collective, a collective of Filipino care and domestic workers and members of the diaspora. His works have been presented at Locarno Film Festival, Ji.hlava IDFF, Berlinale, Film at Lincoln Center, Mattatoio (Rome), and the Santarcangelo Festival, among others. His latest film, Come la Notte, premiered at the 75th Berlinale and won Best Director (Asian New Talent) at the 27th Shanghai International Film Festival.
