Hernán Borisonik
is a researcher at Argentina’s National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET) and holds a PhD in Social Sciences from the University of Buenos Aires. He is Associate Professor at the School of Humanities of the National University of San Martín, where he directs the Centro Ciencia y Pensamiento. His work explores the intersections of money, sacrality, politics, and art. He has curated exhibitions, performed, and written art criticism, and received second place in the National Prize for Philosophical Essay (2020). He is the author of books such as Sacred Money, Support (Money as Material in Visual Arts), and Persistence of the Question on Art.
