NERO is an international publishing house devoted to art, criticism and contemporary culture. Founded in Rome in 2004, it publishes artists’ books, catalogs, editions and essays.
NERO explores present and future imaginaries beyond any field of specialization, format or code – as visual arts, music, philosophy, politics, aesthetics or fictional narrations – extensively investigating unconventional perspectives and provocative outlooks to decipher the essence of this ever changing reality.
is a moving image artist born in Athens, Greece. He has represented Greece at the 57th Biennale di Venezia, 2017. Drivas’s work has been featured as a solo exhibition at annex M - the Athens Concert Hall (2020), the National Museum of Contemporary Art, Athens (2018 and 2009) and at the Galleria Nazionale d’ Arte Moderna e Contemporanea, Rome (2017), as a tribute to him at the Lumen Quarterly Festival, Beijing (2017/18) and Athens’s International Film Festival (2014) and in various Greek and international group exhibitions or film festivals.
