Alessia Prati
(Pietrasanta, 1989) is a research fellow at the University of Salento. She earned her PhD from Iuav University of Venice with a project exploring the intersection of choreographic and editorial practices in the contemporary European art scene. She is a member of PerLa – Performance Epistemologies Research Lab, directed by Annalisa Sacchi, focusing on performance epistemologies, critical theory, and the aesthetic-political tensions of contemporary performance. Recent curatorial projects include The Page, The Body, The Stage (Motelsalieri(ß), 2025), Sniffing Books (2024), Future Melancholy (2022), and the editorial works Meet Me in the Bathroom (2020) and Flexin Flexin Try to Exercise (2019).
