Alessandra Franetovich
is an art historian, curator, and critic. She collaborates with NYU Abu Dhabi, the University of Florence, and Cripta747 in Turin. Her research focuses on unofficial Soviet and post-Soviet art, the post-1989 period, futurological theories and their influence, and the relationship between space exploration and art. Her texts have been published in catalogues and journals including Dune, Cosmic Bulletin, and e-flux journal. She is the author of the monograph L'arte italiana e il post-1989.
